This international project included the assessment of all wide area
network infrastructures, multiple call centers, and support requirements.
This project, for a utility in Newcastle, England, was to conduct an
assessment of all voice/data systems and network, along with all associated
applications and contracts. The results of this project identified efficiencies
and the cost saving opportunity was over $10M.
Financial

within this large, geographically dispersed organization. This includes
project management of new equipment acquisitions such as PBX, voice
mail systems, and remote user connectivity systems and the implementation
of all voice and data networks.
