Q.
My company doesn’t have a well-organized method for managing our
telecom bills. What can Renodis do to assist me?
A.
Renodis uses a comprehensive approach, focused on "right-sizing"
the amount of time and money that goes into managing your telecommunication
assets. Renodis is able to assess your business’s invoice workflow
system and accounting methods by working with your management team to
develop a strategy based on best practices for your company. This allows
your company to implement management processes to remain in control
of billing to make long-term savings possible.

Q.
What kind of savings might I expect to see with Renodis’s solutions?
A.
Because we are likely to find that over 80 percent of your telecommunication
bills contain errors, we can very quickly help you gain savings and
control. ROI can be realized in under three months, and the cost savings
potential is between 15 percent and 40 percent, with our clients achieving
an average annual savings of 26.2%.

Q.
Where do the savings come from?
A.
Savings abound just about anywhere you look. Our savings are categorized
into three primary areas. These are Waste (unused services/features),
Credits (corrections for misbillings), and Pricing Improvements (non-market
rates). Following are some common examples:
Casual
Billing - Long distance usage charges on your local telephone
service provider's bill. These charges are often 200 to 1,000 percent
higher than your long distance carrier's contracted rate.
Unused
Services - Most corporate enterprises have moved, added or
changed hundreds of services at dozens of locations over the years.
In many cases, services were not terminated when they should have been,
resulting in the loss of significant dollars.
Rating
Errors - With multiple vendors, services and billing systems,
it would be virtually unheard of for every charge to be correct. Company-contracted
rates do not appear on bills.
Duplicate
Billing – Vendors frequently bill twice for the same
services. The only way to determine this is by conducting an audit.
Non-Market
Rates - All service contracts and effective rates are reviewed
and analyzed. Most often the rates are above market. Many services do
not have a contract with discounted rates at all.
Unused
Features - IWM (Inside Wire Maintenance), RCF (Remote Call
Forward), and alarm circuit are just a few of the types of features
that enterprises rarely use, yet are charged for every month.

Q.
Once Renodis uncovers savings opportunities, how will you help maintain
order?
A.
Perhaps the greatest value Renodis delivers occurs after problems are
revealed and remedied. Renodis offers its ongoing asset management and
accounting software called Savvy, and Technology Enterprise Asset Management
– or TEAM – service.

Q.
Is Savvy a packaged software program?
A.
Savvy is part of the Renodis total solution. Once the inventory and assessment
of technology assets is completed, Renodis applies Savvy, its propriety
Web-based software that provides a valuable real-time view of relevant
analytics. Savvy is populated from information based on your local,
long-distance, data and wireless services, including vendor and contract
information. Think of Savvy as the engine that powers ongoing savings,
efficiency and high performance. You key in all your technology expenses
each month and the Savvy software crunches the numbers for you.

Q.
What is TEAM service then?
A.
If you prefer, Renodis can step in and enter vendor invoices each month
to continue feeding the Savvy database. This way, you are assured of
maintaining your efficiencies and savings. Our TEAM approach allows
you to redeploy your staff for more "mission-critical" functions
as we take over management of your back-office invoice-management process.
As your virtual technology accounting administrator, we receive and
document invoices, validate charges, and allocate costs that let you
produce user-defined Web-based management reports through Savvy.
