Craig Beason (Top of Page)

CEO & Co-founder
Craig Beason is co-founder and managing partner of Renodis. Craig launched Renodis in 2001 with a vision to build a Telecom Lifecycle company focused on operational excellence. Craig has grown Renodis beyond its core market of WANs and wired lines to include wireless, telecom expense management (TEM), managed services and consulting. Craig has been a member of Qwest Partner Advisory Council for over 3 years.

Prior to founding Renodis, Craig worked for a major telecom provider in a variety of positions, from human resources to sales. Craig also worked for a number of start-up companies in roles from sales to management. These companies were all eventually sold to larger firms.

CFO & Co-founder
Nick Hedlund is co-founder and managing partner of Renodis. Nick successfully ran the operations and developed the wireless practice for Renodis. His deep experience in finance and operations has helped Renodis become a key leader in the industry.

Prior to founding Renodis, Nick started his career as a top sales performer for a fortune 500 firm and quickly rose through the sales management ranks. He then went on to run sales for a 20M start up organization before co-founding Renodis. Nick holds a B.A Degree from the University of Minnesota.

COO
Praba Manivasager is a seasoned executive with over 15 years experience in the technology services field.  As COO, Praba is responsible for all aspects of strategy, sales, delivery and support services. His years of experience as a leader in both small and large firms, gives him the unique ability to lead Renodis to the next level of growth.

Prior to Renodis, Praba was a Senior Vice President at a large, publicly held IT services firm. Prior to that, Praba was the CEO and founder of a management consulting firm focused on advising clients on offshore solutions which was sold to an IT services firm in 2003. In 1999, Praba was a Senior Vice President and co-founder of IT-Radar, a B2B marketplace for IT services companies. IT-Radar was acquired by Gartner Group in 2000, and he served as a Vice President of Gartner's subsidiary, TechRepublic. Prior to IT-Radar, Praba worked for IT services firms in varies capacities.  Praba earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Network Communication from the University of Kansas.
 
Deb Meyer (Top of Page)

Controller
Deb Meyer brings over 25 years of finance and process improvement experience to Renodis. She has led strategic process improvement initiatives focused on world-wide supply management practices, as well as enterprise-level customer program life cycle processes. Her financial experience includes business planning, financial analysis, cost accounting, accounts receivable, and reporting.

Deb holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and a B.A. in Accounting from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN.

VP of Sales
Myron Braun is a customer focused Telecommunications Executive who has delivered substantial value to all stakeholders over a 20+ year career involving numerous levels of responsibility and focus. Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Marquette University’s School of Business in 1983, Myron has enjoyed two primary career paths: Business-to-Business Telecommunications Experience at many levels within a Tier One Carrier and an Entrepreneurial stint that kept his business skills honed to the needs of his customers.

Myron has been employed since 2007 as Vice President of Sales for Renodis, Inc where he helps lead this Telecom Lifecycle Management Company to new levels of growth and customer satisfaction.

Prior to Renodis, Myron enjoyed a successful career with MCI/Verizon. From 1995 through 2007, Myron excelled in several customer facing capacities leading to his promotion to Branch Vice President of Enterprise Markets for Minnesota. In this role, Myron was able to leverage his leadership skills to grow the branch to the highest Market Share of any office in the country with revenues in excess of $190 Million in 2006. A strong focus on customer satisfaction resulted in the highest customer retention of any branch in the US during the turbulent Worldcom era.

This focus on the needs of the customer was planted early in Myron’s business career and contributed to the success of an entrepreneurial venture in the early 1990s. As one of two co-founders of Personal Safety Corporation, Myron utilized his talents to lead the sales and marketing charge. Under his leadership, the company went from an idea in 1991, to the #2 Personal Safety products company in America in 1995 with nearly $5 Million in annual revenues and distribution in over 10,000 retail outlets amongst 15 distinct classes of trade.

Debra Cravero (Top of Page)

VP of Customer Care
Debra is a recognized Service Operations Executive who brings over 25 years of Telecom Industry experience. Her results-oriented track record has helped companies of all sizes to develop, execute, and manage customer care programs; growing sales, solidifying customer retention, and increasing customer satisfaction. Debra has proven successful in leading teams to plan and implement systems, processes, and solutions to develop a strong customer-focused operation. Debra also brings extensive experience in sales, and sales management which included: recruiting, training and managing revenue-growing teams. Debra holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Carrier Delivery Manager
Glenice is seasoned veteran of the telecom industry with over 25 years of experience. Glenice has worked in various capacities with several carriers over the years and has developed a thorough understanding of the procurement processes that exist within carriers. She worked for one of the first affiliate partners for Qwest and pioneered the concept of the partner order processing and customer service model. Glenice joined Renodis in 2003 and architected the current carrier delivery organization with a focus on operational excellence. Her extensive experience in management, sales and delivery in this industry makes her an invaluable member of the Renodis team.

Consulting Practice Manager
Cathy has an impressive technical background with 24 years in telecommunications, including 16 as a consultant and 8 years with a leading national telecommunications vendor responsible for database design. Cathy has designed numerous PBX networks, call centers and voice mail systems and as a consultant has project managed system acquisitions and implementations for businesses of all sizes, the largest being a 90+ location network for a large metropolitan school district. Her experience includes call flow analysis, cost benefit evaluation, system design, equipment procurement and implementation management of an extensive range of telecommunication systems and applications. Cathy holds a BA in Business Administration from Mankato State University.

Laurel Dallmann (Top of Page)

Telecom Expense Management Practice Manager
Laurel has over 10 years in the telecommunications industry. Throughout this time, Laurel has proved to be a skilled analyst who develops processes and procedures for benchmarking and validating telecommunications invoicing. Working directly with clients and vendors to obtain the necessary data to complete the project she is responsible for taking a project from the planning phase to completion. Additionally, Laurel confirms contracts for telecom services and coordinates billing and contract issues with service providers.

Laurel holds a B.A. in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and has completed coursework for M.A. program in Industrial Psychology/Relations at Mankato State University.

Mike Belmont has 10 years of Information Technology industry experience with an extensive background in Telecommunications. Mike has professional experience with both large and small corporations in the Telecommunications industry, including senior sales, management, and indirect channel positions with Qwest, Sprint, UCN, and currently Renodis. Mike has managed both fortune 1000 accounts as well as VAR partners. Mike has expertise in a broad range of telecommunication technologies and years of proven success as an effective account manager.  His background allows him to bridge a wide range of skills necessary for today’s telecommunications environment, with vast experience in network design, optimization, and planning, implementation management, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.

Ryan has over 11 years in the technology industry including recruiting, telecommunications, sales, channel sales, channel marketing, eLearning, and training.  Since joining Renodis in he’s proven great success in growing channel partner sales including managing channel partners, building long term partner relationships, building customer relationships, recruiting new partners, managing partner sales and sales processes, and training channel partners in the telecommunications industry.
