Renodis is currently providing TEM and Consulting Services to this law firm. Renodis receives invoices directly and is responsible for all invoice management and allocations. Monthly financial reports, as well as operational reporting, are delivered monthly to the firm from our TEM software, Savvy. Over the past year, Renodis engaged in a consulting project for an RFP response and implementation for WAN services.
Results
The firm achieved monthly savings of 35% as the result of the WAN consulting project. TEM services have resulted in $12,000 of credit and billing disputes over the past 12 months.
