Summary

Renodis evaluated all carriers to determine which would provide the best network to support the clients growing technological needs, giving them: an MPLS network, increased bandwidth with full T1’s at all sites, and a fully redundant host location with a DS3.

Results

The new network was implemented, with a CISCO IP Telephony solution as well as a Microsoft CRM solution that drastically improved their customer experience. The new network helped streamline communications between the client and its customers by helping automate the gathering of customer information. The new network also provided a great savings, reducing their monthly spend by $20,000/month ($240,000/year) which was a savings of 32%!
