The Company first came to Renodis in 2001, and went through an entire Inventory and Assessment (I&A) while utilizing Renodis’ Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system. The Company went through a restructuring process, separating from TEM, and ultimately led to a lack of knowledge, and control of their telecom environment.


Renodis completed a site by site, thorough Inventory and Assessment (I&A) for the client on all local and long distance services. Renodis presented a Site Action Plan to the client and worked in conjuction with them, taking necessary action to clean up all necessary items.


The I&A process got the client back to the clean, cost-effective telecom environment that they once had with Renodis years ago. The work produced an annual savings of $63,000! (17% of their total telecom spend) and the client continues to work with Renodis to help managing their telecom expenses.
